Let us introduce ourselves!!… We are the Purdys – Sean and Megan Purdy! We have been married for over 6 years and together for over 12 years! We both work in corporate America and have decided to spend our free-time traveling and exploring this great, big, Purdy world! Whether we cruise to the Caribbean, fly to a tropical island, or explore destinations in the United States; we always try to have another trip on the horizon and are excited to share these adventures with you!
We are a dream team! Sean came up with the idea to develop this website to show our friends and family just how easy it is to travel. Then I, Megan, the loving wife, devoted beach lover, traveler, and now travel website writer; went to work to develop the website and fill in the content.
With all of these years spent together, we have traveled all over this Purdy world – but we are not done! We hope to provide you helpful travel tips and tricks, share our great (and not-so-great) trips, provide some humor, and inspire you to get out and explore this great, big Purdy world!

Megan Purdy
In the Project Management (PM) profession and inevitably manages the couples lives down to every meticulous detail *sorry*. Megan also has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and has a Masters Degree in Project Management. While Megan is not traveling, she is brainstorming home renovation projects for Sean to do *wahaha*. When Megan is not planning the next home reno, she loves smelling the candles and feeling the fuzzy blankets at Marshalls & TJ Maxx, going to the beach, and snuggling the recent addition to the family – baby Maddie (Megan and Sean’s niece), oh and our puppy Elle!
Sean Purdy
Information Technology (IT) professional by trade and inevitably fixer of all Megan’s IT issues. Sean has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and will soon have a Masters Degree in Project Management. While Sean is not traveling, he is working on renovating the home Megan and him own. Its a very nice house and doesn’t need any renovations, but Sean has to get his hands dirty. We will probably share some of our renos along the way! Sean also likes to fish, golf, cheer on the Detroit Lions, and work on his prized possession – his truck!
